Hampton Sky Realty Ltd — Important, 14-04-2026: Company Update

Hampton Sky Realty's wholly-owned subsidiary, Hampton Sky Hospitality Private Limited (HSHPL), has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding for a prospective joint development. The agreement with various parties aims to consolidate land parcels in Ludhiana for a large-scale mixed-use project, primarily residential plotting with some commercial components. HSHPL has paid a refundable security deposit of 5 Cr, with an additional 5 Cr payable later. The joint development will proceed upon consolidating a minimum of 50 acres. This initiative is expected to expand the company's business operations and enhance market presence.
