Samhi Hotels Limited — JV/Acquisition, 15-04-2026: Acquisition

SAMHI Hotels is making two key strategic moves. It's acquiring a 49% stake in Clean Max Nile and Clean Max Solomon for a total of ₹2.92 Cr. This aims to power its hotels in Maharashtra and Karnataka with solar energy through group captive arrangements, boosting renewable usage and saving on utility costs. Additionally, SAMHI is investing ₹44.02 Cr in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Duet India Hotels (Hyderabad). This is an internal restructuring to simplify the group's structure, eliminate cross-shareholdings, and enhance governance.
