Vikram Kamats Hospitality Ltd — Important, 15-04-2026: Company Update

Vikram Kamats Hospitality has allotted 7,65,325 new equity shares of ₹ 10 each to four investors, including Dr. Vikram V. Kamat, Kamats Worldwide Food Services Private Limited, Nabs Vriddhii LLP, and Kamal Singh Kathotia HUF. These shares were issued upon conversion of warrants, bringing in the balance 70% of the subscription money, totaling ₹ 3.96 Cr. This allotment increased the company's paid-up equity capital from ₹ 17.43 Cr to ₹ 18.20 Cr. Additionally, 45,270 warrants held by Nabs Vriddhii LLP lapsed, resulting in a forfeiture of ₹ 10.05 Lakh in upfront subscription money.
