Vikram Kamats Hospitality Ltd — Important, 15-04-2026: Company Update

Vikram Kamats Hospitality announced that 45,270 fully convertible warrants, part of a preferential allotment from October 2024, have lapsed as a non-promoter entity, Nabs Vriddhii LLP, did not convert them within the stipulated period. As a result, the company has forfeited the upfront subscription amount of ₹0.10 Cr related to these unexercised warrants. The Allotment Committee approved this action. This event simplifies the company's capital structure by closing out unexercised options and, importantly, causes no change to the company's paid-up equity share capital.
