    ICICI Lombard's board approved Q4 & FY26 financial results (FY26 PAT: ₹2,771.94 Cr; Q4 PAT: ₹546.56 Cr). A ₹7.0/share final dividend was proposed. They also approved new auditor/director appointments and granted up to 17 lakh stock options and 10.5 lakh stock units.
