DCM Shriram is selling 50% equity in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shriram Polytech (SPL), to Teknor Apex B.V. for USD 5.6 million cash. SPL will become a Joint Venture. This move strengthens DCM Shriram's polymer compounds portfolio and expands global partnerships for advanced specialty polymer solutions.
