    Wipro's board met on April 16, approving Q4 & FY26 financial results. FY26 consolidated revenue ₹92,624 Cr & profit ₹13,265.5 Cr. Also proposed a ₹15,000 Cr buyback at ₹250/share (5.7% equity) and two acquisitions: Mindsprint ($375M), Alpha Net Consulting ($70.8M).
