Wipro's board approved Q4 & annual results: consolidated revenue ₹92,624 Cr, profit ₹13,197 Cr. A ₹15,000 Cr share buyback at ₹250/share (60 Cr shares, 5.7% of capital) got the nod, with promoters to participate. Also, two strategic acquisitions for $375M & $70.8M announced.
