Rashi Peripherals will invest up to Rs 80 Cr to form a new semiconductor WOS in India and a step-down subsidiary in Singapore. It also acquires RP Tech Electronics from promoters for Rs 0.01 Cr, approving up to Rs 10 Cr for further investment.
