Nakoda Group has approved issuing 87 lakh convertible warrants at ₹28 each, totaling ₹24.36 Cr, via preferential allotment. An EGM will be held on May 13, 2026, for shareholder approval. The board also appointed Mr. Apurv Hirde as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
