Kolte-Patil Developers posted strong Q4 FY26 sales of Rs. 714 Cr (+13% YoY) and record collections of Rs. 834 Cr (+18% YoY). FY26 annual collections hit Rs. 2,689 Cr (+11% YoY). Price realization rose 21% YoY. Strategic partner Blackstone acquired a 40% stake. Added Rs. 2,250 Cr GDV via new projects.
