JSW Steel and POSCO Group formed a 50:50 Joint Venture via Saffron Resources to establish a 6 MTPA greenfield integrated steel plant in Odisha. This partnership deepens strategic ties, providing access to advanced technology for high-grade steel production. POSCO will invest ~INR 508.8 crore.
