Shera Energy's board approved increasing authorized capital to ₹30.5 Cr. They also approved issuing 45 lakh warrants at ₹118 each to promoters & non-promoters, aiming to raise ₹53.1 Cr. Shareholders will vote on these proposals at the May 15 EGM.
