Trident Lifeline Ltd — Important, 17-04-2026: Company Update

Trident Lifeline Limited's subsidiary, Trident Mediquip Limited (TML), a pharmaceutical company, completed a private placement of equity shares to other investors. This capital raising initiative caused Trident Lifeline Limited's stake in TML to marginally decrease from 59.77% to 59.47%. The parent company, however, retains its majority control over TML. Trident Mediquip Limited reported a turnover of 21.29 Cr for the Financial Year 2024-25, and its paid-up capital stands at 9.87 Cr.
