RDB Infrastructure and Power has agreed to acquire M/s Arankam Green Energy Solution by signing a Binding Term Sheet. This acquisition, for a cash consideration of Rs 0.90 crore, will give RDB Infra 100% control of the firm. Arankam Green Energy Solution is an SPV focused on renewable energy, specifically a 6.3 MW solar plant project in Uttar Pradesh. This strategic move aims to complete and commercialize the solar project, which has existing power purchase agreements, expanding RDB Infra's presence in the green energy sector.
