Roni Households Ltd — Important, 17-04-2026: Company Update

Roni Households has reduced its stake in associate company Roni Agro Limited by selling 30,300 equity shares. This transaction decreased Roni Households' ownership from 44.17% to 43.56%. The company received Rs. 3,63,600 for these shares. Roni Agro contributed 9.37 Cr to Roni Households' consolidated turnover and 5.13 Cr to its consolidated net worth last financial year. Roni Households is continuously divesting its stake and will announce when Roni Agro ceases to be an associate.
