    Vascon Engineers' board approved issuing 2 crore convertible warrants at ₹40 each, raising ₹80 Cr. The company will also seek shareholder nod to increase borrowing and asset charge limits from ₹1000 Cr to ₹1500 Cr at an EGM on May 18.
