Gujarat Gas secured MCA approval for its composite scheme. This merges GSPC, GSPL, and GEL into GGL. GGL will issue new shares to GSPC and GSPL shareholders. Gas transmission business demerges to GSPL Transmission, with GGL shareholders receiving new GTL shares. GGL will be renamed Gujarat Energy Limited.
