Delton Cables has issued a notice to shareholders regarding physical shares. A special window is available for re-lodging transfer requests for physical shares, specifically those sold or bought before April 1, 2019, or previously rejected. These shares will be dematerialized and subject to a one-year lock-in. Shareholders holding physical shares must also update their KYC details and dematerialize their holdings, as the transfer of physical shares has been discontinued.
