YES Bank's Q4FY26 Net Profit jumped 44.7% to INR 1,068 Cr. Deposits surged 12.1% YoY to INR 3.19 Lakh Cr, with CASA exceeding INR 1 Lakh Cr. Asset quality improved: GNPA at 1.3%, NNPA at 0.2%. SMBC became the largest shareholder, and the bank achieved NIL PSL shortfall.
