HDFC Bank Limited — Board Meeting, 18-04-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

HDFC Bank's Board approved consolidated financial results for Q4 & FY26. They proposed a final dividend of ₹13.00/share, bringing the total FY26 payout to ₹15.50/share. Also cleared: fundraising up to ₹60,000 Cr via debt instruments and bonds, and amendments to its Employee Stock Incentive Scheme, extending validity and increasing max RSUs to 50,000 per employee.
