    ICICI Bank's Board approved Q4/FY26 consolidated financial results. They proposed a ₹12/share dividend and renewed fundraising limits of ₹25,000 Cr domestic debt & $1.5 billion overseas. Consolidated PAT grew 9.3% YoY to ₹14,755 Cr in Q4. Net NPA ratio improved to 0.33%.
