ICICI Bank's board **approved** a ₹12/share dividend and strong Q4 & FY26 consolidated results. PAT rose to ₹14,755 Cr (Q4) & ₹54,208 Cr (FY). Bank cleared annual fundraise of ₹25,000 Cr & $1.5 billion, and extended Group CRO's tenure. Asset quality improved.
