Prime Fresh Limited has announced a special window for shareholders to re-lodge physical share transfer requests. This facility is for deeds submitted before April 1, 2019, that were previously rejected or incomplete. Shareholders can resubmit these requests until early February next year to their Registrar and Share Transfer Agent. The company also reminds investors to update KYC details and convert physical shares to Demat format to prevent them from being transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund.
