Concord Control Systems Ltd — Important, 18-04-2026: Company Update

Concord Control Systems Limited received approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for the merger and amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Advanced Rail Controls Private Limited, with itself. Effective April 1, 2025, all assets, liabilities, rights, and business operations of Advanced Rail Controls will transfer to Concord Control Systems. No new shares will be issued due to the subsidiary being wholly-owned. This consolidation aims to streamline operations and fully integrate the subsidiary's business, with all employees and pending legal proceedings transferring to the parent company.
