In her place, Ms. Aditi Anup Deshmukh has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Ms. Deshmukh is a qualified Company Secretary and an Associate Member of ICSI, bringing extensive experience in Company Law, SEBI Regulations, and various stock exchange and regulatory compliances.
