Ceinsys Tech has further invested USD 2.16 million (approximately INR 20.28 crore) in its wholly-owned US subsidiary, Technology Associates Inc. This cash infusion, part of an approved INR 40 crore limit, is aimed at meeting funding needs to seize growth opportunities in the USA. The investment maintains Ceinsys Tech's 100% ownership in the subsidiary. Technology Associates Inc., which offers engineering design services and more, reported a net worth of INR 19.08 crore and a turnover of INR 23.43 crore as of March 2025. Its turnover for FY25, FY24, and FY23 was INR 23.43 crore, INR 26.24 crore, and INR 36.27 crore, respectively.
