Adani Enterprises has formed three new wholly-owned subsidiaries: Adani Navi Mumbai Airport City, Adani Guwahati Airport City, and Adani Ahmedabad Airport City. Each entity is incorporated with a paid-up capital of ₹0.1 Cr. These subsidiaries will drive real estate development, construction, and hospitality services, including hotels and business centers, within their respective airport city ecosystems. This strategic move expands AEL's integrated airport infrastructure and related commercial offerings, reinforcing its presence in aviation-linked real estate and enhancing its product portfolio around key airports.
