Vedanta Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 20-04-2026: Record Date

Vedanta Ltd (VEDL) has set May 1, 2026, as the record date for its demerger scheme. For every 1 VEDL share, eligible shareholders will receive 1 share each of Vedanta Aluminium, Vedanta Power, Vedanta Oil & Gas, and Vedanta Iron & Steel. This ensures shareholders are properly allocated shares in the new entities following VEDL’s reorganization plan.
