Artemis Electricals and Projects Limited has appointed Mrs. Dhruti Harsh Satia as a Non-Executive Independent Director (Additional Director). Mrs. Satia, holding a B.Com and ICSI Associate membership, brings experience from her previous roles as Company Secretary for a BSE-listed company and in various secretarial and finance positions.
