UGRO Capital's board approved FY26 consolidated financial results, showing a profit of Rs. 174.81 Cr. The board also gave its nod to raise up to Rs. 3,000 Cr via NCDs and re-appointed Shachindra Nath as VC & MD for 5 years. New auditors, G.P. Kapadia & Co., were appointed.
