UGRO Capital's board approved Q4 & FY26 financial results. FY26 consolidated net profit hit 174.81 Cr on 2,021.11 Cr income. Board also endorsed MD re-appointment, approved raising Rs 3,000 Cr via NCDs, and appointed M/s G.P. Kapadia & Co. as new Statutory Auditors.
