PVV Infra Ltd — Important, 21-04-2026: Company Update

PVV Infra's Board approved several key changes and strategic moves. Mr. Shubh Gangully was appointed Managing Director, and Mr. Shrikant Pathak and Mr. Krishna Karthik Pothur were appointed Independent Directors, all for five-year terms. Mr. Gadde Rama Krishna was also appointed Whole-time Director for five years. Mr. Tirumala Rao Kunderu resigned as Whole-time Director and CFO due to medical reasons. The company will submit bids for two logistics/amenity projects with National Highways Logistics Management Limited. Further, the Board initiated a first and final call of ₹3.75 per share on partly paid-up equity shares, totaling ₹37.00 Cr, which will convert them to fully paid shares. The company will also shift its registered office from Andhra Pradesh to Maharashtra, pending approvals, for strategic and operational benefits.
