Transformers And Rectifiers (India) Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 21-04-2026: Dividend

TARIL's Board has approved audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Consolidated net profit reached Rs. 272.17 Cr, with consolidated EPS at Rs. 9.07 for the year. The Board proposed a final dividend of Re. 0.25 per equity share (25% on Re. 1/- FV). This payout requires shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting. Also, Mr. Rajendra S. Shah is proposed for re-appointment as an Independent Director for five years, pending shareholder vote.
