    Indian Terrain's board appointed J Suresh as an Independent Director. Venkatesh Rajagopal was re-appointed Executive Chairman, and Charath Ram Narsimhan as MD & CEO for three years. The board also re-constituted its Audit and Nomination committees. All decisions are subject to shareholder approval.
