    Cyient DLM's Board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results: Q4 Revenue ₹369.08 Cr (Net Profit ₹22.44 Cr). Full FY26: Revenue ₹1,261.49 Cr (Net Profit ₹73.28 Cr). Board also appointed cost auditors & okayed director Mr. B.V.R Mohan Reddy's re-appointment, pending shareholder approval.
