Exhicon will operate the centre with zero capital deployment, earning dual revenue streams: upfront execution fees and a long-term annuity from O&M (35% revenue share for 3 years, then 30%). This 10-year agreement expands Exhicon's footprint, strengthens its integrated design-build-operate model, and enhances its high-margin, scalable business.
