Rajratan Global Wire saw robust Q4 FY26 performance, with total sales tonnage up 19% YoY to 36,484 MT. This boosted consolidated revenue by 25% YoY, reaching Rs 314.29 Cr. India operations were a key contributor, accounting for 65% of revenue. However, profitability was pressured as EBITDA declined 14% to Rs 28.60 Cr, and PAT rose a modest 2% to Rs 15.43 Cr. This was primarily due to a 20% spike in wire rod and energy costs, which the company absorbed during the quarter.

Strategically, Rajratan focused on boosting market share and exploring new markets like Europe and USA. Management expresses an optimistic outlook, anticipating improved margins after successfully passing on cost increases to customers from April 1, 2026. The company foresees strong demand, particularly in the Indian automotive market, expecting higher volumes, sales, and capacity utilization across all plants in Q1 FY27, along with commissioning enhanced capacity at its Chennai facility. Green energy adoption, like solar power, is also progressing.
