Tech Mahindra's board approved strong financial results for FY26, with PAT at ₹4,811 Cr (up 13.2% YoY) and EBIT ₹7,152 Cr (up 39.2% YoY). The company announced a final dividend of ₹36/share, bringing total FY26 dividend to a record ₹51/share.
