Tech Mahindra's Board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results. FY26 PAT grew to ₹4,811 Cr (up 13.2%). The company proposed a final dividend of Rs. 36/share, taking total FY26 dividend to a record Rs. 51/share. Deal wins for FY26 hit $3,794 Mn.
