Havells India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 22-04-2026: Dividend

Havells India's Board has declared a Final Dividend of Rs 6 per equity share for FY 2025-26. This brings the total dividend for the financial year to Rs 10 per share, including the Rs 4 interim dividend already disbursed. The Board, which also reviewed the financial results for the fourth quarter and full year, noted the final payout is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and will be made within 30 days of the AGM.
