Hindustan Foods Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 22-04-2026: Record Date

Hindustan Foods (HFL) has set May 8, 2026, as the Record Date for its Scheme of Arrangement. For the demerger, Avalon Cosmetics shareholders will receive 19 HFL shares (INR 2 FV) for every 100 shares (INR 10 FV) held.
