Enviro Infra Engineers Limited — JV/Acquisition, 22-04-2026: Acquisition

Enviro Infra Engineers' (EIEL) subsidiary, EIE Renewables, is acquiring PRA Bihar Bess Private Limited for ₹ 15.51 Cr. EIE Renewables initially acquired a 49% stake, which will increase to 100% upon the project's Commercial Operation Date. This strategic move strengthens EIEL's Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) portfolio, expanding its renewable energy footprint into Bihar with a 37.5 MW / 150MWh project. The project, with a proposed capex of approximately ₹ 150 Cr, benefits from Viability Gap Funding up to ₹ 0.27 Cr per MWh, enhancing its financial viability.
