Trent's Board approved FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹20,074 Cr & net profit of ₹1,721 Cr. Declared a ₹6/share dividend & 1:2 bonus issue, both pending shareholder approval. Also approved raising up to ₹2,500 Cr & new ESOPs.
