Trent's Board approved FY26 consolidated net profit of ₹1,721.33 Cr & Q4 net profit of ₹413.10 Cr. It announced a ₹6/share dividend, proposed a 1:2 bonus, & greenlit up to ₹2,500 Cr fundraising. Mr. Bahram Vakil appointed Director.
