Exicom's subsidiary, Exicom B.V., converted USD 5.5 million (EUR 4.77 million) of Optionally Convertible Debentures into equity shares. This diluted Exicom's stake from 100% to 92.23%. Exicom B.V. is no longer wholly-owned but remains a material subsidiary.
