Delta Corp Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 22-04-2026: Dividend

Delta Corp's Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share (50%) for FY26. This payout awaits shareholder approval at the AGM and will be disbursed within 30 days post-approval.

The Board also approved the annual financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Further, M/s. M S K C & Associates LLP is set to become the new Statutory Auditor for five years, pending shareholder consent.
