Lead Reclaim's Board increased authorized capital to Rs 15 Cr. They approved a preferential issue of 12.43 lakh shares for Rs 9.33 Cr to non-promoters and 35.01 lakh warrants for Rs 26.26 Cr to promoters/public. An EGM is set for May 22 to approve these plans.
