Coforge Limited — Board Meeting, 23-04-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Coforge's board met, approving a USD 550 million (approx. 5,156.85 Cr) loan for primary investment in Encora & securing it. They allotted 9.38 Cr shares worth ~17,032.60 Cr, completing the Encora acquisition. Two new non-executive directors were also appointed.
