Coforge completed the Encora acquisition, issuing ~9.38 Cr shares for ₹17,032.60 Cr. To fund the acquired entities, it secured a $550 million (~₹5,156.85 Cr) loan at 4.6% annual interest, backing it with company assets. Two non-executive directors also joined the board.
